Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we regrettably cannot offer returns or exchanges.

Eligible Items

We accept returns on products that:

• Were shipped directly from Qxiravento
• Are in their original condition
• Show no signs of wear or use
• Include all original packaging and accessories
• Are accompanied by the original proof of purchase

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made items after 24 hours of order confirmation
• Items marked as final sale
• Personal care items and accessories

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at ask@qxiravento.com to initiate your return
2. Receive a return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Package your item securely in its original packaging
4. Include all original documentation and the return authorization form
5. Ship the item to our London address:

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

• We will inspect the item within 2 business days
• You will receive an email confirming receipt and inspection results
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days

Please Note:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Items returned without proper authorization may experience processing delays

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Provide detailed photos of the damage or incorrect item
3. We will arrange collection at our expense
4. A replacement will be shipped once we receive the returned item

Exchange Policy

For exchanges:

• Follow the same return process as above
• Indicate your desired replacement item
• Pay any price difference if selecting a more expensive item
• Receive a refund of the difference if selecting a less expensive item
